Web Application Migration

Saved over one hundred days of manual effort by automating the migration of one hundred and fifty bespoke web applications to a new server farm.

The migration included changing source code repository systems and establishing continuous integration and delivery pipelines and disaster recovery.

Performing a task of this scale manually wasn’t feasible so
we built several automated scripts and custom applications to automate as much of the process as possible.

Tim’s pragmatic approach to repetitive task automation saved valuable time during the migration project, allowing us to redirect effort to other value-add initiatives.
