Facilitated a story mapping process to organise and structure all great ideas for product features and to help focus on delivering packages of value tailored for specific users.
Initiated a quarterly road map process that incorporated a customised two-point estimation technique so that uncertainty and complexity could be accounted for and adapted to in product strategy.
