Team coaching
Coached, trained and mentored five teams in agile and DevOps practices through a series of workshops on retrospective styles and techniques, agile forecasting, impact mapping, agile mindset, Cynefin, no estimates, liberating structures and Kanban.
More than just a series of classroom training we also showed how the learnings can be practically applied in their context as part of a web application migration project that was underway.
We established and setup Azure DevOps Services for the teams and demonstrated how it could be used to visualise the flow of work through their system to identify and remedy bottlenecks and delay.
Although not part of the original brief, Tim took on a role of coach and mentor in an agile mindset as teams were trying to move towards a more Agile practice. Due to his coaching, we were able to work more closely as a team to identify and remedy issues, allowing us to meet timelines initially not thought possible.
